Are you looking for a way to add protein to you diet? If you are, check out the easiest way to eat more protein during breakfast.
1 cup plain Cheerios
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
Water (for your personal consistency)
1/2 cup strawberries
Some proteins are clumpy when stirred. Use a shaker or blender to mix cold water and your choice of whey protein. When the whey is smooth pour it over your Cheerios. Add strawberries to the cereal.
Use chocolate or cookies & cream whey protein for a good alternative. The nutritional information is based off of these specific products. Using a different brand affects the macronutrients.
