Olympic weightlifters have the best training facilities and coaches, but they are not impervious to injuries. Traumatic injuries happen less than overuse injuries to the shoulders, lower back and knees. As a fitness coach, I notice sleep is only spoken of in passing with the words, "I'm so tired." Unfortunately, those three words mean a lot more than basic grogginess.
