The Jefit app was created by bodybuilders to improve workouts in the gym, track body statistics easily, create custom routines, offer a detailed exercise database, and two-way synchronization with online server to store information and keep track of progress.
It offers unique exercises with equipment including, weights, kettlebells, BOSU, foam roller, TRX and more. You can search workouts by locations like a hotel, home and gym, or by goals and keywords. Ipump & Fitness Builder has a wide selection of exercises and videos of each exercise. You can also edit and create your own workouts.
This app logs, graphs and analyzes your sleep. SleepBot is an award winning resource tool to help you manage your sleep. SleepBot is recognized by the United States National Institute of Health and the National Academy of Engineering as the first place winner of "Go Viral To Improve Health" competition.
Nike Training Club gives you your own personal trainer, anytime, anywhere. Get lean, sculpted and strong with more than 85 custom-built workouts.
5. Shake a Snack by jugglefit

Onehundredpushups is a six week program that increases stregnth with pushups in a three day split. For example, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

11. RunKeeper Pro
If you're into tracking your running, walking or cycling workouts, RunKeeper can tell you how far, how fast and how long it took to get there. Stand-out features are the ability to track speed, pace and elevation. You can also see your workouts online and share them with friends, and ;isten to music during workouts and change tracks without leaving the application.
This app provides a variety of yoga routines for all fitness levels and for a variety of goals such as balance, flexibility, strength and awareness. Great for at home workouts, but there is not an excessive amount of poses. However, there are instructional videos, and workouts have pictures of each pose with audio instructions.
The app itself is free and gives you access to hundreds of streaming exercise videos which you can preview and purchase. Classes are usually $1.99-$3.99 for a 30-day pass or $9.99 and up to buy the class outright. These classes include everything from kettlebell workouts, kickboxing, step, yoga and more. It only works with wi-fi or 3G, but there may be downloadable workouts soon.

15. My Fitness Pal
Based on your fitness profile MyFitnessPal recommends a daily calorie target for achieve your weight loss (or gain) goals. The app calculates the number of calories you've consumed and burned from exercise, and whether you're on the right track for weight loss. It also has an easy to use food and exercise log.
FitDay is an online diet journal and calorie tracker. This is for any person trying to lose weight, maintain a healthy level of fitness, or training for a specific goal.
17. Tempo Magic Pro
Tempomagicgpro lets you adjust a song's tempo to match your workout speed without making it sound odd.
You choose from 300 yoga poses. The how-to's are modeled by an easy-to-follow real person. The All-in-Yoga app separates poses by level and type.
The workouts are based on what they call their P.A.S.E. system - power, agility, strength and endurance. The workouts are unusual, challenging and fun. The moves are interesting and tough and include mule kicks, plyo pushups, mountain climbers, burpees, long jumps and machine gun squats. Workouts include videos, timers and instructions. You can follow the pre-set workouts or create your own.
