If you love sweet potato fries, but avoid them because of excess calories; fear no longer.

Sliced sweet potatoes
Sweet potato fries deep fried is not the healthiest way to eat sweet potatoes. Instead, bake them in the oven. 
Heat your oven to 425* to 450*. While your oven is eating prep your ingredients.

Ingredients
  • Sweet potatoes (one large will feed 2 or 3)
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 or 2 T olive oil (or what you have on hand)
Bake the sweet potato fries
Put the oil in a mixing bowl and coat the sweet potatoes with oil. After, lay the pototos out on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with cinnamon, salt and pepper. 

They will take about 35 minutes to bake.
