Let's get social!

How do you take your coffee? Anyone who knows me knows how much I love iced coffee, but the caloric splurge for a Frappuccino is a bit more than I want to spend.
Okay, I lied a little. This coffee is actually LESS than 100 calories!

It's only 80 calories.

I like cream in my coffee, but try to stay away from heavy cream and flavored creamers in contest prep. I change the ingredients of my iced coffee so it's within my nutritional program.

Ingredients
Add coffee to your glass and pour a serving or two of the chocolate syrup in the glass. Then pour the almond milk over it. Stir well. Don't forget to leave room for ice.

Turn your coffee into breakfast

If you don't have time for a sit-down breakfast turn your coffee into a meal. Add these ingredients to a shaker cup with one scoop of whey protein. Grab a piece of fruit and head out the door.

Hot coffee

Put the leftover in the fridge if you make a pot each morning. Use it the following day, or later in the day when it's chilled.  Use a 1:1 ratio of coffee and almond milk.

***Can substitute with fat free milk.
